Most automatic sliding doors use microwave (radar) or passive infrared (PIR) motion sensors mounted above the door header. Monthly: clean the overhead track, remove dust and debris, check sensor operation. Quarterly: lubricate drive belt or rack, check motor coupling and limit switch settings, inspect glass seals. Bi-annually: check door alignment, panel rollers and carriage wheels for wear. Annually: full service by a Rudhar Group technician.
