Rudhar Group manufactures fire rated doors in FD30, FD60, FD90 and FD120 ratings (denoting 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes of fire resistance) for staircase enclosures, lift lobbies, plant rooms and fire compartments, compliant with NBC 2016 and IS 3614.

Rudhar Group manufactures double-leaf swing gates with a total span of up to 10 metres (approximately 33 feet). Single-leaf swing gates are available up to 5 metres. The motor type is selected based on gate weight, span, and frequency of use.

An electro-mechanical actuator is the motor mechanism that pushes and pulls the gate leaf to open and close it. It is the most common drive system for residential and light-commercial swing gates, maintenance-free, quiet, and reliable for 500,000+ cycles.

Partial opening (also called pedestrian mode) allows the gate to open only 30-50% to allow a person to pass without fully opening the gate for a vehicle. This feature is programmed in the electronic control unit and triggered by a separate button, keypad or access card.

Yes, but it requires careful engineering. On a sloped driveway, the gate leaf describes an arc that must clear the ground throughout its travel.
